SEOTD (Stylin Exercise of the Day)

I own many, many exercise dvd's.  I change up my exercise routine once or twice a week to keep it interesting and to work different parts of my body.  Here is what I am currently doing.

20 minute brisk walk outside 
20 minutes of cardio kicking

Total time: 40 minutes
