I recently re-organized (or perhaps I should say FINALLY organized) my clothes closet. I think organizing one's closet is an individual, and personal task, but I am happy to share what I recently did to help myself weed things out and be able to actually see what I own. I do keep like items together, but I do not color coordinate. It's been working pretty well, but then again I would say I am someone who struggles with organization overall, so it probably could be better. Happy styling!

Folded neatly on a shelf or in a drawer- sweaters, jeans, turtlenecks, t-shirts, short sleeve pull over tops and polo shirts
Hanging on hangers- dress pants, button down long sleeve tops, casual long sleeve tops, sweatshirts, short sleeve button down tops, tanks, and 3/4 length sleeve tops
On the closet floor- shoes, purses (in a large bin)
